Cancellation preserves your firm's data. Plan downgrades require your user count and storage to fit the new plan.

A failed payment starts a seven-day grace period. Repeated failures do not extend it. Use Resume subscription to restore test billing access. Owner suspensions remain in effect.

Pro adds custom engagement templates, built-in automations, and supported lead integrations. Elite adds the workflow builder, API access, and custom team permissions.
Advanced reporting, approval workflows, additional integrations, and a client portal are planned features. They are not included as delivered capabilities. External services require separate configuration. Support arrangements are handled by MBGX.
